Olé!... Back due to public demand Edinburgh's Hispanic Festival is setting out to be bigger and more vibrant than ever before!

The run-up to the re-launch of The Hispanic Festival has generated a lot of excitement and anticipation. It will take place in October, when Edinburgh will join the Hispanic world to celebrate “el dia de la hispanidad”. After a year out, expectations are high and we are delighted to present our dynamic new programme (including four world premieres) spread across four central Edinburgh venues: Scottish Storytelling Centre, The Caves, The Lot and Dancebase.

This year Edinburgh plays host to a stunning array of first class Hispanic and Scottish artists who live right here in the local community. We will be celebrating that presence with a four day festival of Spanish and Latin American Culture. The Festival offers a range of diverse cultural events embracing live music, dance, poetry and workshops plus a special event, an exhilarating Latin Music Night Club “¡Noche Latina!” with live band and Special Guest DJ’s.
